Prof. Antonio Loprieno (Bari 1955), 
has taught Egyptology at various universities, including those of Göttingen, Perugia, Los Angeles CA, and then Basel.
He was also rector of the University of Basel. From 2008 to 2015 he was
president of the Conference of Rectors of Swiss Universities.
He is president of the Italian-speaking Evangelical Church of Basel.

The course will be offered in presence and/or online (ZOOM)
