Women and Religions in Italy

This Sunday, 2 March 2025,

at the Aula Magna of the Valdese Faculty of Theology

(Via Pietro Cossa 40, Rome),

 

will take place the presentation of the book

‘Women and Religions in Italy. Itineraries of research',

edited by Alberta Giorgi and Stefania Palmisano.

 

The event is organised by Religions for Peace - Italian Network of Women of Faith and the Federation of Evangelical Women in Italy.

 

Speakers will be:
- Ilaria Valenzi (University La Sapienza Rome)
- Marianna Ferrara (Associate Professor in History of Religions, La Sapienza University of Rome)
- Stefania Palmisano (Associate Professor in Sociology of Religion, University of Turin)

 

Moderator:
- Pastora Mirella Manocchio, President of the Federation of Evangelical Women in Italy

At the end of the meeting light refreshments will be offered.
