Participation in Faculty courses

In order to facilitate individual study at a distance and preparation for examinations, each year a programme of various seminar teaching activities is organised online and lasts half a day: an opportunity for students to exchange views with both colleagues and lecturers. During each session, one of the teaching units, one of the modules of the programme or a problem related to the methodology of studies is presented.

First-year students in particular are encouraged to attend the opening seminar and at least two other seminars, one of which on study methodology.

Intensive study session in the Faculty

In order to encourage individual study at a distance, a programme of various "in presence (currently online)" teaching activities is organised every year: an opportunity for students to exchange views with both colleagues and lecturers. Generally in June/July an intensive study session (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) is organised at the Faculty's premises in Rome. During the session, one of the teaching units or modules of the programme is presented, or an interdisciplinary research project. The session ends with the request for a written report that will allow the acquisition of the relevant credits. In addition to this, students of the course in biblical and theological sciences are informed of all the teaching activities (especially intensive courses and seminars) offered by the Master's degree course in theology, and can take advantage of them by obtaining course credits.

The next Intensive Study Session is scheduled for 24-25 June 2022.
