The theme: Was there a "Reformation" in Italy? 

Beyond answers motivated by deep political and ecclesial convictions, this question has animated a significant strand of research for a century now. The day aims to give an idea of the plurality of reformist proposals that have animated Italian ecclesiastical life. In addition, the repercussions, by no means negligible, of the Protestant Reformation on Italy will be explored in depth
